Tariff Notice

We are providing you with an update on the tariffs with regard to coffee. As your Supplier Partner, we want to be transparent with what we know and how it could possibly affect your pricing.

Until now, green (raw) coffee, which is imported from around the world to the United States, has been exempt from tariffs because green coffee cannot be grown in the United States.  However, the April 8th tariffs affect green coffee and baseline tariffs are now in place for green coffee imports for most major coffee growing countries.  We have been notified that green coffees arriving stateside on April 28th will have the corresponding tariffs applied.

See below the schedule of tariffs per country **VIETNAM’s initial tariff of 46% has been lowered to the baseline amount of 10% for 90 days:

In addition, the tariffs will also impact costs of packaging materials and steel for equipment, among other items and commodities we use on a daily basis.

We are in constant contact with our suppliers for information.   While we are hopeful for a resolution and a tariff drop, in the spirit of transparency we want to make you aware of what could possibly be occuring in the near future with regard to the coffee prices you pay.

2025 has proven to be a challenging year so far and we are aware of the impact that the increase has on your purchases.  We want you to know as your supplier partner we are on your side and advocating for stabilization.
